Dr. Jamie Walmsley is a general dentist in Kingston, TN, who thoroughly enjoys savings lives through the snoring and sleep apnea aspects of his practice. His sleep practice offers patients an alternative to hospital sleep testing and cumbersome CPAP machines.
Dr. Walmsley has undergone hundreds of hours of continuing education for sleep apnea. He has completed the 3D sleep program with the esteemed Tarun Agarwal. Additionally, he is a member of the IAOS, the International Academy of Sleep, where he has spent a tremendous amount of time with their educational courses. Dr. Walmsley is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
On a personal note, Dr. Walmsley is a local graduate. His schooling began at Midway HS, and from there, he got degrees from Hiawassee, Middle Tennessee State, and The University of Tn at Memphis School of Dentistry. It is there where he met his wife, Shannon, and they have been married for 27 years. They have three children, Channing, the oldest, is a fire and safety protection engineer who has recently transferred from Pantex in Amarillo, TX, to Y12. Nolan, the middle child, is working in an apprenticeship at Eastman Chemical Company as a machinist. Callie, the youngest, is in her third year of architecture school at the University of Tennessee. They enjoy time as a family outdoors, exploring, camping, hiking, and traveling together. Dr. Walmsley also enjoys finding ways to give back to the Roane County community to help others.
